Founder Biography

Regomoditswe Makama, Founder & Managing Partner

As an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa since August 2021, Regomoditswe Makama brings passion, dedication, and extensive legal expertise to every client matter. With a deep understanding of the complexities facing individuals and businesses in today's legal landscape, she founded Makama RM Attorneys Inc in 2022 with a vision to provide accessible, comprehensive legal services rooted in excellence and integrity.

Regomoditswe holds an LLB degree from North West University (2016) and has invested significantly in specialized legal education to better serve her clients. Her qualifications include a Labour Dispute Resolution Practice certificate from WITS University, advanced training in contract drafting from the Legal Education and Development: School for Legal Practice, and a Corporate Law Course certificate from UNISA. She has also completed comprehensive Practice Management training and Practical Legal Training through the Legal Education and Development: School for Legal Practice.

Regomoditswe specializes in labour and employment law, company law, legal drafting, family law matters including divorce proceedings, and wills and administration of estates.
